Features of Ductile Iron Pipes
1. Excellent sealing performance. Due to the pressure exerted on the rubber ring, it forms a tight fit with the inner surface of the casting pipe socket and the outer surface of the insertion port, thus ensuring adequate airtightness and water-tightness.
2. Flexible. Due to the elasticity of the rubber ring, the interior surface of the cast pipe socket and gland is conical, thereby achieving flexibility, allowing the pipeline to adapt well to slight settlement or vibration of the foundation.
3. Excellent flexibility. Due to temperature variations, the cast pipe can easily absorb expansion, thus no special expansion joints are required.
4. Easy and quick installation. Simply use basic tools (such as a ratchet wrench or screwdriver) for fast assembly. Additionally, backfill soil can be added directly after installation.
