Stamping parts processing involves thin plate metalwork that can be formed through stamping, bending, and stretching methods. The surface and inherent properties of the stamping material significantly affect the quality of the finished stamping products. It is required that the stamping material has uniform thickness and evenness; a smooth surface free of spots, blemishes, scratches, and surface cracks; uniform yield strength with no obvious directional properties; high uniform elongation rate; low yield strength ratio; and low work hardening property.
The manufacturing process for metal stamping parts involves cutting materials based on production needs. After cutting, some small metal accessories can be processed on a press machine, followed by shearing or CNC machining. This is common in the production of eyewear and automotive accessories.
