
Working Principle
The evaporative cooler is an improved heat exchange equipment developed by absorbing and enhancing heat exchange technologies from both domestic and international sources. It is suitable for relatively cold regions, with a higher application rate in Northern China.

Product Features
High heat exchange performance
The GWBS product utilizes a technical combination of co-current mixed flow coil and PVC filling for a secondary heat exchange, achieving heat transfer.
Due to the airflow and spray water flowing in the same direction through the coils, the spray water can evenly cover the coil surface, keeping it moist. Compared to the reverse structure of air and water flow, it reduces the formation of dry spots on the coil walls and scale buildup.
Low operating costs, energy-saving and environmentally friendly
Due to the structural design of the product and its high thermal performance, it boasts low condensation temperature, energy and water savings, low noise, environmental friendliness, and low maintenance costs.
Achieve continuous operation and maintenance
The GWBS products allow for maintenance of float valves and filter screens without shutting down the equipment. Due to the same-direction wind-water design structure, it is convenient to inspect nozzles and coils while the equipment is in operation.
Easy maintenance
Utilizing a user-friendly structural design, equipped with maintenance doors, the interior space is spacious, allowing maintenance personnel to carry out repairs within the product with ease.
Easy-to-clean sloped sump pit
A structure design with a slope from the bottom of the sedimentation pond towards the effluent outlet, facilitating the drainage of wastewater and settled impurities.
Low land occupation, low comprehensive investment
The GWBS product line integrates traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating water pumps, reservoirs, and connecting pipes into one unit, allowing for normal operation without the need for additional equipment. It boasts advantages such as minimal land occupation and low overall investment.
Direct-drive fan
The fan utilizes a direct-drive structure, eliminating transmission losses associated with belt-driven systems. It features low noise and a low failure rate.
Easy transportation and installation
GWBS products are shipped using standard upper and lower box components for easy transport and installation on-site.
Condenser Tube Bundle
The condenser coils are made of φ25mm (GB/T8163) seamless fluid pipes, with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The coils are焊接, assembled, and then undergo a 2.5MPa airtightness test (three times) in water after hot-dip galvanizing. The overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment of the condenser coil assembly enhances the corrosion resistance and extends the service life. The coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow direction for easier liquid discharge, and they feature a low pressure drop.
Configure electronic scale removal device
Equipped with an electronic scale inhibitor, which utilizes electronic pulse technology to prevent and remove scale in circulating water, as well as to treat algae.
Recirculating pump
The recirculating pump utilizes a mechanical seal not restricted by direction changes, ensuring no leakage and a long service life. It is equipped with an outdoor-type motor, featuring imported bearings for long-term reliable operation of the pump-motor unit. It boasts characteristics such as low power consumption, high flow rate, and low noise.
Detachable Dehumidifier
The removable desiccant in GWBS products is made of corrosion-resistant PVC material. Its structure alters the airflow direction to remove moisture from the wet air exiting the coiled pipe, reducing water droplet emission to below 0.001. It is easy to remove the desiccant when cleaning the packing material.
