High heat exchange performance
The GWBS products utilize a technology that combines wind-water same-direction mixed flow coil with PVC filling, achieving heat exchange.
Due to the air and spray water flowing in the same direction through the coil, the spray water can uniformly cover the coil surface, keeping it moist. Compared to the reverse structure of the air and water, it reduces the formation of dry spots on the coil wall and scale.

The GWBS product line integrates traditional condensers, cooling towers, circulating water pumps, reservoirs, and connecting pipes into one unit, allowing for normal operation without the need for additional equipment. It boasts advantages such as minimal land occupation and low overall investment.
Direct-drive fan
The fan employs a direct-drive structure, eliminating transmission losses associated with belt pulley systems. It operates with low noise and a low failure rate.
Easy transportation and installation
GWBS products are shipped using standard upper and lower box components for easy transport and installation on-site.
Condenser Coil Assembly
The condenser coils are made of φ25mm (GB/T8163) seamless fluid pipes, with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. The coils are焊接, assembled, and then subjected to a 2.5MPa airtightness test (three times) in water after overall hot-dip galvanizing. The overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment of the condenser coil assembly enhances the corrosion resistance and extends the service life. The coils are inclined along the refrigerant flow for easy liquid discharge, and they feature a low pressure drop.
Configure electronic water descaling device
Equipped with an electronic scale removal device, which utilizes electronic pulse technology to prevent and remove scale in circulating water, as well as to treat algae.
Recirculating pump
The circulating pump utilizes a mechanical seal that is not restricted by direction changes, ensuring no leakage and a long service life. It is equipped with an outdoor-type motor, featuring imported bearings that guarantee the pump-motor unit's long-term reliable operation. It boasts characteristics such as low power consumption, high flow rate, and low noise.
Detachable Water Separator
The GWBS desiccant separator features removable design, constructed with corrosion-resistant PVC material. It reduces water飘逸 rate to below 0.001 by altering the air flow direction to remove moisture from the coil exhaust air. It's easy to remove the separator for cleaning the packing.
