Product Description:
Our company's epoxy anti-slip adhesive utilizes hyperbranched polymer-modified epoxy resin and lipamide pre-reacted composite hardener. The cured material features high mechanical strength, strong adhesion, excellent flexibility, excellent weather resistance, resistance to water, acids, and alkalis, good performance under high and low temperatures, a super-long service life, and is solvent-free, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly; it is a product with very excellent comprehensive performance.
②, For adhesive materials in epoxy anti-skid layers; also suitable for maintenance and reinforcement of bridge structures, rapid repairs to roadways and airport runways; anti-corrosion and anti-rust coatings for cement, wood, and steel plates.
Instructions for Use:
A complete set of materials consists of three components: A (modified epoxy), B (composite hardener), and C (color powder). Component A is packaged in 20-liter iron drums, component B in 20-liter plastic drums, and component C in burlap bags. The mixing ratio is (mass ratio A:B:C = 3:1:5-6). When in use, first divide the 17 kg of component A into two equal parts of 8.5 kg each. Add one bag of component B (hardener 2.8 kg) and an appropriate amount of component C (15-17 kg) to the 8.5 kg of component A, mix thoroughly until no coarse particles remain. The mixed material should be used as soon as possible, and it is strictly prohibited to add component B (hardener) to component A (modified epoxy) and store it prematurely.
② Alcohol is used as a diluent (quality ratio A:B:Alcohol = 3:1:0.4), which is suitable for spraying applications such as anti-slip coating, loose ground reinforcement, and rust and corrosion protection for steel plates. Spraying can be done using an air compressor with a sprayer. In summer when the temperature is above 25ºC, mix the ingredients in small quantities as needed.
Transport and Storage:
Our products are free from volatile solvents and toxic substances, not classified as flammable or explosive, and can be transported and stored as conventional goods. Under normal temperature, sealed, and dry conditions, with no packaging damage or contamination, the shelf life of each component of the product is 2 years.
