Product Description:

① Our company's antiskid layer adhesive features a hyperbranched polymer modified epoxy resin and a pre-reacted composite hardener with a lipohydrazine. The cured material boasts high mechanical strength, strong adhesion, good flexibility, excellent resistance to water, acids, and alkalis, as well as great performance in withstanding high and low temperatures. It has a long service life, is solvent-free, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly; it is a product with exceptional comprehensive properties.

②, For adhesive materials in epoxy anti-slip coatings; also suitable for repair and reinforcement of bridge structures, rapid road and airport runway repairs; corrosion and rust prevention coating for cement, wood, and steel plates.

Instructions for Use:

① A complete set of materials consists of three components: A (modified epoxy), B (composite hardener), and C (color powder). Component A is packaged in 20-liter iron drums, component B in 20-liter plastic drums, and component C in burlap bags. The mixing ratio is (mass ratio A:B:C = 3:1:5-6). When in use, first divide the 17 kg of component A into two equal parts of 8.5 kg each; then add one batch of component B (hardener 2.8 kg) and an appropriate amount of component C (15-17 kg) to the 8.5 kg of component A, and mix until smooth with no coarse particles. The mixed material should be used as soon as possible, and it is strictly prohibited to add component B (hardener) to component A (modified epoxy) prematurely for storage.

② Alcohol is used as a diluent (quality ratio A:B:Alcohol = 3:1:0.4), which is suitable for spraying on anti-slip coating, reinforcing loose ground, and rust and corrosion protection for steel plates. Spraying can be done using an air compressor with a sprayer. In summer, when the temperature is above 25ºC, mix the ingredients in small quantities for immediate use.

Transportation and Storage:

Product contains no volatile solvents or toxic substances, is not flammable or explosive, and can be transported and stored like conventional goods. Under normal temperature, sealed, and dry conditions, with no packaging damage or contamination, the shelf life of the product's components is 2 years.
