The roller stand is designed to rotate circular workpieces by utilizing the friction between the weldment and the driven roller, thereby completing the welding of circular seams. The welding speed can be adjusted by varying the speed of the driven roller on the roller stand. The roller should always remain on the same axis to prevent deformation and slippage during the rotation of the workpiece. There are three types of adjustable roller stands: manual screw adjustment, manual bolt shifting, and electric slider shifting. By adjusting the center distance of the rollers, it can accommodate different diameters of cylindrical bodies.
