The roller stand is designed to rotate circular workpieces by utilizing the friction between the weldment and the active roller, thereby completing the welding of circular seams. The welding speed can be adjusted by varying the speed of the active roller on the roller stand. The roller should always remain on the same axis to prevent deformation and slippage during the workpiece rotation. The adjustable roller stand comes in three types: manual screw adjustment, manual bolt displacement, and electric slider displacement. By adjusting the center distance of the rollers, it can accommodate different diameters of cylindrical bodies.
