1. High wear resistance
Composite wear-resistant plateThe thickness of the wear-resistant layer is 3-12mm, and the hardness of the wear-resistant layer can reach HRC58-62. The wear resistance is 15-20 times higher than that of ordinary steel plates, 5-10 times higher than that of low-alloy steel plates, and 2-5 times higher than that of high chromium cast iron. The wear resistance is much higher than that of spray welding and thermal spraying methods.
2. Better impact performance
compositewear-resistant plateIt is a double-layer metal structure, with metallurgical bonding between the wear-resistant layer and the substrate. The bonding strength is high, and it can absorb energy during the impact process. The wear-resistant layer will not fall off, and it can be applied to working conditions with strong vibration and impact, which is unmatched by casting wear-resistant materials and ceramic materials.
3. Excellent temperature resistance performance
Composite wear-resistant plate alloy carbides have strong stability performance at high temperatures. Composite wear-resistant plates can be used within 500 ℃, and other special temperature requirements can be customized for production, which can meet the conditions of use within 1200 ℃; Ceramic, polyurethane, polymer materials and other wear-resistant materials cannot meet such high temperature requirements by using adhesive methods.
4. Excellent connectivity performance
