Due to chemical corrosion and severe electrochemical corrosion, the cross-section of the groove cover plate parts becomes weaker. Suggest hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment.
4. Apply anti rust paint. When using composite cable trench cover plates, they should be kept clean and not covered by various dirt, especially corrosive residues. When fixing the steel grating with bolts, it is necessary to regularly check whether the bolts are loose and promptly deal with hidden dangers. If the galvanized layer is found to be missing, anti rust paint should be applied in a timely manner.
