Grating screens are made of flat steel and twisted square steel or flat steel焊接. Rain grates feature attractive appearance, high strength, a variety of specifications, and low cost, making steel grating rain grates the preferred choice. With the advancement of technology, a new composite water grate is formed by using reinforced steel with resin or plastic and inorganic fillers. The advantages include a lighter weight compared to cast iron grates and lower cost, but the drawback is that the strength is not as high as that of cast iron grates.

Dimensions

The flat steel is oriented in the load-bearing (support) direction, and the length L of the flat steel is determined based on the width of the trench (well) and the gap left.

(2) Arrange by trench length, select a standard board width of 995mm that fits the machining modulus, with a gap of 5mm between boards.

(3) The remaining length of the trench (well) is short by 1 meter, locally fitted to modular dimensions.

(4) Select the steel grating model based on the trench (well) width and load requirements.
