Copper aluminum welding rod features:
1. Excellent Welding Results: This welding rod is manufactured by a reputable factory. As seen in the photos, the rod is smooth and shiny. Its welding finish is full and smooth! It contains flux powder inside. It boasts a low melting point (around 420℃), good fluidity, strong hardness and toughness, and good sealing properties. No need for additional flux powder, either!
2. Direct Use: No soldering paste required, open and use! Super convenient! Easy welding!
3. Simple Application: First, sandpaper the welding area of the copper and aluminum pipes (must clean off any paint, oxides, oil, etc. from the metal surface). Move the welder and evenly heat the area to be welded. Once the temperature reaches approximately 420℃ (medium temperature), insert the copper-aluminum welding rod to melt and uniformly flow into the joint. After the weld is full, remove the welder and let it cool. No further treatment is needed after cooling. The soldering flux residue is visible but non-corrosive, moisture-proof, and firmly attached.
