Overview and Application

The central drive scraper is suitable for overflow sedimentation tanks in wastewater treatment plants. Its main function is to scrape sludge settled at the bottom of the tank into a sludge pit for recycling or concentration and dewatering. As needed, a surface scraper mechanism can also be installed to collect floating debris on the surface and discharge it out of the tank through a debris hopper.
