Low-pressure vacuum carburizing furnace ICBP, featuring: no intergranular oxidation, small depth error of carburization layer, high fatigue resistance, and both oil quenching and gas quenching functions. It also boasts short carburization time and carbon control capabilities.3. The main machine measurement utilizes a four-axis measuring system, featuring extensive measurement parameters, wide application range, fully automatic measurement cycle completion, rapid speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable readings.Product Quality(1) Gears are machined on CNC lathes, ensuring the products have good concentricity.(2) Features straight/serrated teeth, suitable for various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat-treated/untreated types; the same modulus can have various strengths.(4) Utilizing new technology to extend gear lifespan and reduce noiseOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent gear tooth profiles, smooth transmission, and no noise.
