Low-pressure vacuum carburizing furnace ICBP, featuring: no intergranular oxidation, minimal depth error of carburization layer, high fatigue resistance; with both oil quenching and gas quenching capabilities, short carburizing time, and carbon control.3. The main machine measurement utilizes a 4-axis measuring system, featuring extensive measurement parameters, broad application scope, fully automated measurement cycles, rapid speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable readings.Product Quality(1) Gears are machined on CNC lathes, ensuring high concentricity in the products.(2) Features straight/skew tooth profiles, suitable for various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat treated/unheat treated types; same modulus may have various strengths.(4) Utilizing new technology to extend the service life of gears and reduce noiseOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent gear tooth shape, smooth transmission, and zero noise.
