It also boasts short carburizing time and carbon control.3. The mainframe measurement employs a four-axis measurement system, featuring main performance such as a wide variety of measurement parameters, broad application scope, fully automatic completion of the measurement cycle, fast speed, high measurement accuracy, and stable readings.Product Quality(1) Gears are machined on CNC lathes, resulting in products with excellent concentricity.(2) Features straight/skew teeth design, suitable for various operating conditions.(3) Available in heat-treated/untreated types; the same modulus can have various strengths.(4) Utilizing new technology for longer-lasting gears and reduced noiseOur products feature minimal cumulative error, consistent gear profiles, smooth transmission, and no noise.
