






The Rotating Rake Screen Cleaner is assembled into a set of rotating grating chains with a unique rake tooth design. Driven by an electric motor reducer, the rake tooth chain performs a reverse water flow rotational movement.
As the rake chain moves to the top of the equipment, the guide of the slot wheel and curved track causes each rake tooth to have a relative self-cleaning movement. Most solid materials fall off due to gravity. The rest are cleaned by the sweeping device's reverse movement, removing debris stuck on the rake teeth.
The paddle chain, similar to a grate in the direction of water flow, features paddle gaps on the chain shaft that can be selected according to usage conditions. After the paddles separate solid suspended particles from the fluid, it ensures a smooth flow. The entire process can be continuous or intermittent.

The standard groove depth of the equipment is 1535mm, which can be arbitrarily extended according to customer requirements and actual usage. Special specifications are designed separately.
