Scope of Application

QL series dual-purpose hand-cranked screw-type sluice gates, hand-cranked models include: 0.5 tons, 1 ton, 2 tons; electric/hand-cranked models range from 3 tons to 60 tons, including 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 tons. According to the user's hydraulic engineering design requirements, double-point lifting gates can also be produced. This machine is a specialized hydraulic engineering equipment widely used for opening and closing gates in hydraulic engineering projects. It is a配套 equipment for water intake and drainage gates in irrigation, aquaculture, agricultural development zones, sewage treatment plants, hydroelectric power stations, reservoirs, rivers (sluice gates, embankments, canals, culverts, pipelines), and can be used in mountainous, plains, and both electrified and non-electrified areas.

The QL series dual-purpose hand-held screw jack consists of components such as the base, housing, cover, worm gear, worm, nut, screw, bearing cover, large and small pulleys, V-belt, bearings, electrical control box, motor, and standard parts.
