1. Dust Removal Equipment for Dried Tobacco Introduction
As welding production scales expand, there is a significant consumption of welding materials, and issues of occupational health and environmental protection in welding and metal cutting production have been brought to the agenda. In the past, China has not given enough attention to the environmental and health aspects of welding, and welding-related occupational diseases have become an undeniable serious issue. 2. Equipment Working Principle
Dust is drawn into the collector by the negative pressure generated by the purifier, entering the chamber through a flexible suction arm. The reduced flow velocity causes larger particles to settle out. The air containing fine dust is then directed into the purification room, where separation and filtration of the dust are completed through the separator action of the filter sleeves. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter cores. The purified air is exhausted by a fan. When the trapped dust accumulates on the filter cores, the filter sleeves are removed and manually cleaned at regular intervals.
Dirty air is collected through the suction port and enters the filter. First, a steel baffle alters the airflow direction, causing it to move, and then it enters the filter chamber, thus avoiding direct impact on the filter core. After passing through a filter tube with PTFE film for separation, the clean air is then discharged into the outside through a sound-dampening outlet, completing the entire filtration process. The soot particles separated by the filter tube with PTFE film fall into the dust container for collection under the automatic cleaning function of the filter core.
3. 4. The working principle of the bag dust collector is as follows: Dusty gas enters the filter chamber through an open bottom flange. Coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bags, with dust being trapped on the bag surface. The clean air passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. As the dust on the outside of the filter bags continuously increases, the programmable controller starts to work, sequentially opening the pulse valves. Compressed air is then blown through the nozzles to clean the filter bags, causing them to suddenly contract. Under the effect of the reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface is rapidly removed and falls into the ash hopper, where it is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
