2. Equipment Operating Principle
Dust is drawn into the vacuum created by the purifier through an aspiration hood, then enters the chamber via a flexible suction arm. As the airflow slows down, large particles with greater diameters drop off. The airflow containing fine dust enters the purification room, where the separation and filtration of dust are completed through the separation action of filter elements. The dust particles are trapped on the surface of the filter cores. The purified air is exhausted through a fan. When the trapped dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cores, the filter elements are removed and manually cleaned at regular intervals.
Dirtied air is collected through the suction port and enters the filter. First, a steel baffle alters the airflow direction, making it dynamic, and then it enters the filter chamber, thus avoiding direct impact on the filter core. After passing through a filter tube with PTFE film for separation, the clean air is discharged into the outside through a silencer, completing the entire filtering process. The dust particles separated by the filter tube with PTFE film fall into the dust container under the automatic cleaning function of the filter core for collection.

4. The working principle of the bag dust collector is as follows: The dusty gas enters the filter chamber through an open-bottomed flange. Coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bags, with dust retained on the bag surface. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean gas chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. As the dust on the outside of the filter bags continually increases, the programmable controller begins to operate, sequentially opening the pulse valves. Compressed air is then blown through the nozzles to clean the filter bags, causing them to abruptly shrink. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface is rapidly removed and falls into the ash hopper, from where it is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
