2. Equipment Operating Principle
Dust is吸入by a vacuum generated by the purifier through an suction hood, then it's drawn into the chamber via a flexible arm, slowing down the airflow to cause larger particles to settle. The air carrying finer dust enters the purification room, where separation is achieved through the filter elements. The dust is trapped on the surface of the filter core, while the purified air is exhausted by a fan. As dust accumulates on the filter core, the filter elements are periodically removed and manually cleaned.
Dirty air is collected through the suction port and enters the filter. A steel plate first redirects the airflow, causing it to move, and then it enters the filter chamber to avoid direct impact on the filter core. After passing through a filter tube with PTFE film for separation, the clean air is discharged into the outside through a sound-absorbing device, completing the filtration process. The dust particles separated by the filter tube with PTFE film fall into the dust container for collection under the automatic cleaning function of the filter core.

4. The working principle of the bag dust collector is as follows: The dusty gas enters the filter chamber through an open bottom flange. Coarser particles fall directly into the ash hopper. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bags, with dust retained on the bag surface. The clean air passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the outside of the filter bags accumulates continuously, the programmable controller starts working, sequentially opening the pulse valves. Compressed air is then blown through the nozzles to clean the filter bags, causing them to contract suddenly. Under the effect of the reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface is rapidly dislodged and falls into the ash hopper, where it is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
