1. Structure: Composed of motor, sand pump, cyclone, TS linear dewatering screen, cleaning tank, and return material box, etc.
2. Process: The pump transfers the sand-water mixture to the centrifugal separator. The finely graded sand, after centrifugal concentration, is supplied to the vibrating screen through the sand outlet. After dehydration by the vibrating screen, the sand and water are separated. A small amount of fine sand and mud is returned to the cleaning tank via the return bin. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank is too high, it is discharged through the discharge outlet. The straight dehydration screen recovers a material weight concentration of 70% to 85%. Adjusting the fineness modulus can be achieved by changing the sand pump speed, adjusting the砂浆 consistency, regulating the overflow water volume, and replacing the sand outlet. This completes the three functions of cleaning, dehydration, and classification.
