Sandy separator, also known as a dry land sand separator barge, is a sand and stone separation equipment suitable for rivers, reservoirs, and coal yards. It consists of the hull, frame, reducer, conveyor belt, rotating sieve, engine or motor. It features a simple structure, cost-effectiveness, and ease of operation. It is categorized into drum-type, water-washed drum-type, and vibration sieve types. The sandy separator boasts flexible operation, reliable quality, durability, compact structure, minimal space requirement, low cost, high efficiency, mobility, and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in mixing stations, road and bridge projects, construction sites, sand extraction sites, and sand and stone material yards.
The basic structure consists of five parts: a hexagonal drum, frame, funnel, reducer, and motor.
The basic working principle involves feeding the crushed sand and stone into a drum-type screen via a hopper, where it is continuously sifted and agitated by the screen's rotation and shaking to achieve the purpose of separating the sand.
Its features:
1. Holes are not prone to clogging.
2. Smooth operation with low noise.
3. Simple structure, easy to maintain.
4. High reliability of the whole machine with minimal initial investment.
5. Utilizes custom-made screens for high screening efficiency and extended service life.
