Description:
E6010 is a high-cellulose sodium fluxed welding rod with a downward orientation. It features strong arc blow, single-sided welding for double-sided成形, minimal slag that's easy to remove, and aesthetically pleasing weld bead formation. It offers rapid welding speeds, with deposited metal boasting excellent mechanical properties and superior resistance to porosity and cracking. Suitable for full-position downward welding of circumferential seams on pipeline field joints, it is used with DC positive polarity.
Usage:
Ring joint welding for various carbon steel pipes, also suitable for downward welding on vertical carbon steel structural members.

Cautionary Notes:
Welding rods are ready-to-use upon opening; no baking required.
2. All weldments must be free of rust, oil, moisture, and other impurities prior to welding.
3. Avoid excessive current during welding and keep the welding rod movement narrow.
