Construction Caution
Power consumption of active indoor sensors can affect temperature measurement. The Symaro™ indoor temperature sensor features a compensation function, which eliminates the impact of heat dissipation from operating voltage (AC24V) on temperature measurement.
Additionally, the following situations will also affect the measurement accuracy:
Indoor Wind Speed
Wall Smoothness (Rough, Smooth)
Wall Materials (Wood, Plastic, Cement, Brick and Concrete)
Wall Type (Interior, Exterior)
A stable measurement accuracy requires stable indoor air convection and the sensor should be continuously powered for a period of time after (greater than 10 minutes).
A safety low-voltage transformer with a separate coil is required to power the sensor. When selecting and protecting the transformer, adhere to local safety regulations.
Select the transformer size, considering the power consumption of the indoor sensors.
Please refer to the sensor technology documentation for proper sensor wiring.
The cable length must be within the permissible range.
Cable laying and cable selection
When laying cables, it must be noted that the longer the parallel laying length and the smaller the spacing, the greater the electromagnetic interference.
In environments with EMC interference, shielded protective cables are required.
