Purpose
Valve actuators for Siemens two-way and three-way valves, VVF... and VXF... series models, featuring a 40mm stroke, used for control valves and safety shut-off valves in HVAC systems.
Engineering Precautions
Electrical connections must be made according to local electrical installation laws and wiring diagrams. Always adhere to safety regulations and restrictions designed for personnel and property safety! Use an ASZ6.5 valve rod heater to prevent valve freezing when the medium temperature is below 0 °C. For safety, the heater is designed to operate at AC 24 V and has a power of 30 W.
In this case, do not isolate the actuator mounting bracket and valve stem, as air circulation must be ensured. Appropriate protective measures must be taken when touching hot components to avoid burns.
Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in accidents and fires!
Suggestion:
Strongly recommend insulating the valve when the temperature exceeds 140°C.
