Usage
For Siemens two-way and three-way valves in the VVF...、VVG…、VXF… and VXG... series, featuring a 20 mm stroke, these are used in HVAC systems as control valves or safety shut-off valves.
Engineering Precautions
The electrical connection of the actuator must comply with local electrical installation regulations and internal wiring diagrams. To ensure personal and property safety, it is mandatory to adhere to the corresponding safety regulations and limitations! An ASZ6.5 stem heater must be used when the medium temperature is below 0°C to prevent valve freezing. For safety reasons, the stem heater is designed for AC 24V / 30W.
The actuator bracket and valve rod cannot be isolated to ensure air circulation. Do not touch hot components without protective measures to avoid burns.
Failure to follow the above suggestions may cause accidents or fires.
Recommendation: Strongly recommend isolating the valve when the temperature exceeds 140 °C.
