Dust collectors are equipment used to separate dust from flue gas, also known as dust removal equipment.
The performance of dust collector equipment is expressed by the amount of gas that can be handled, the resistance loss of gas passing through the dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency. Additionally, the price of the dust collector, operational and maintenance costs, lifespan, and ease of operation and management are also significant factors in considering its performance.
Dust collectors are divided into the following five categories based on their operating principles:
(1) Mechanical dust separators include gravity separators, inertial separators, centrifugal separators, etc.
(2) Washing-type dust collectors include water bath dust collectors, foam dust collectors, Venturi tube dust collectors, water film dust collectors, etc.
(3) Filter-type dust collectors include bag dust collectors and granular bed dust collectors, etc.
(4) Electrostatic precipitator.
(5) Magnetic Dust Collector.
