A low-temperature industrial chiller is a water-cooling unit capable of providing constant temperature, flow, and pressure cooling. The low-temperature refrigeration unit injects a certain amount of water into the internal reservoir of the machine, cools it through the refrigeration system, and then the machine's circulating pump injects the chilled water into the equipment requiring cooling. The chilled water carries away the heat inside the equipment, and the hot water is then returned to the reservoir for further cooling.
Low-temperature cold water chiller cooling range: 0℃~-5℃; -10℃~-15℃; -20℃~-25℃; -30℃~-45℃; -45℃~-85℃
Key Features of Low-Temperature Industrial Chiller
(1) We select original imported brand compressors, such as the US Copeland (Guluan) and Taiwan (Hanbell), for mid-temperature and low-temperature applications.
(2) Utilizing refrigerants such as R404A, R410a, R22/R407C, R23, to meet refrigeration temperature and environmental requirements.
(3) Temperature Range: Offers process cooling water at -5℃ to -85℃ (users can select different outlet temperature unit specifications based on varying production needs)
(4) To meet customer requirements, a variety of refrigerants (cooling water) are available: ethylene glycol solution, alcohol, ternary mixed solutions, and other alcohol-based refrigerants. Additionally, evaporators can be designed according to anti-corrosion requirements and calcium chloride solution can be used.
(5) Designed for 24/7 non-stop operation, it can meet the cold source requirements for various continuous production processes.
(6) Units come with built-in water tanks and circulating pumps for cooling capacity, eliminating the need for cooling towers and cooling pumps, and are easy to install and maintain.
(7) Equipped with various protection devices, featuring stable performance, low noise, long service life, and easy operation; utilizes a LCD human-machine interface for simple and convenient operation, with the operating status clearly visible.
The working principle of low-temperature industrial cooling water chillers involves using specific methods to lower the temperature of an object or space to a level below that of the surrounding environment within a certain time and space. To achieve or maintain a specific low temperature, certain technical means and methods are employed to continuously extract heat from within the object or space, which is referred to as refrigeration technology.
The process of absorbing heat from an environmental medium or object and transferring it to a heating object at a higher temperature is called heat pump heating. Machines that can alternately or simultaneously achieve both refrigeration and heating functions by absorbing heat from the environment and releasing it to a higher temperature are known as refrigeration and heating pumps. From the perspective of energy utilization, this is an effective method of energy use, utilizing both cold and heat.
