HT-2019 Enzymatic Substrate Method Programmed Quantitative Sealing Machine, Fecal Coliform Group Detection Instrument
Overview:
The HT-2019 enzyme substrate programmable quantitative sealing machine has been adjusted based on the original model HT-2017. The internal circuit has been moved to the top to prevent equipment short-circuit due to leakage. The equipment baffle has been replaced with metal material to prevent damage from collisions. A one-touch drainage function has been added, eliminating the hassle of manual leakage cleaning for operators.

Enzyme Substrate Method vs. Traditional Method Data Comparison
Project | Multi-tube fermentation method | Membrane filtration method | Enzyme Substrate Method |
Inspection Time | 3-5 days | 2-3 days | 1 day |
False positive | — | 23-26% | 1% |
Scope of Inspection | 2-1600MPN/100mL | — | 0-2419.6MPN/100mL |
Environmental Requirements | Sterile Laboratory | Sterile Laboratory | No special requirements |
Research personnel requirements | Has relevant professional foundation | Has relevant professional background | Basic training required |
Quantitative Standards | MPN Listing | Direct Count | MPN Listing |
Quantitative Method | 15 tubes | Colony Count | 51 or 97 orifices plate |
By data comparison: We can see that the enzyme substrate method has a short detection time, requires no sterile laboratory, and has no specific professional requirements for the operator.
