Mold temperature controllers, commonly known as mold temperature control machines, were initially used in the temperature control industry for injection mold applications. With the development of the machinery industry, their applications have become increasingly widespread. Currently, mold temperature controllers are generally categorized into water temperature machines and oil temperature machines, with temperature control accuracy reaching ±0.1°C.
The role of the mold temperature machine in the C manufacturing process.

(1) Preparation and application of resin paste: There are two methods for preparing resin paste – batch and continuous processes. The batch process involves: ① Pouring unsaturated polyester resin and styrene into the blending kettle and mix thoroughly; ② Adding the initiator to the blending kettle and mix with the resin and styrene; ③ Under stirring, add thickener and demolding agent; ④ Under low-speed stirring, add fillers and low-shrinkage additives; ⑤ Stop stirring and let it settle after all components are dispersed as listed in the formula. The continuous process involves dividing the resin paste from Formula C into two parts: thickener, demolding agent, part of the filler, and styrene in one part, and the rest of the components in another. After measuring and mixing separately, they are sent to the corresponding storage containers set up in the C unit. As needed, they are metered by the pipeline metering pump and enter the static mixer. After mixing uniformly, they are transported to the application area of the C unit and then coated onto polyethylene film.
(2) Impregnation and Compaction: The lower supporting film coated with resin slurry is drawn into the chopped glass fiber sedimentation chamber by the unit of the mold temperature machine. The cut chopped glass fibers settle evenly on the resin slurry, reaching the required sedimentation amount before being removed from the sedimentation chamber by the conveying device. It is then overlaid with the upper supporting film coated with resin slurry. Subsequently, it enters a series of staggered rolls, where the lower and upper supporting films are tightly compressed together with the resin slurry and chopped glass fibers under tension and roller action. The mold temperature machine system impregnates the chopped glass fibers with resin and expels air bubbles, forming a dense and uniform continuous C-shaped material.
The reactor agitating process requires heating; our mold temperature machine needs to control and maintain a constant temperature for the resin during this process. The accuracy of the mold temperature machine's temperature control system throughout the entire process is crucial, as it can affect the quality of the resin. Therefore, the mold temperature machine is very important in the C process.
