
This machine tool is a high-precision grinding machine, specifically a horizontal spindle reciprocating feeding double-end face grinder. It is primarily used for grinding the two parallel faces of bearing bushes, oil pump rotors, equal-thickness connecting rods, valve plates, gears, graphite blocks, cross shafts, needle roller bushes, flanges, and copper-aluminum precision plates. It can also be used for grinding the two parallel faces of other circular, non-standard metal and non-metal workpieces.
Machine Tool Structure Features:
1. The bed frame and workbench are made of cast iron, heat-treated for improved overall seismic performance.
2. The machine tool grinding head feed system is numerical control, featuring high positioning accuracy and abrasive wheel wear compensation. The numerical control system is in PLC + positioning module configuration, with touch screen input of parameters, buttons laid out as electronic handwheels, offering easy operation and learning. The feeding架 feed system uses a servo numerical control system, ensuring uniform feeding and unloading speed.
3. Machining heads and feeding reciprocating guides are equipped with high-precision linear roller guides, offering excellent rigidity and vibration reduction, high repeat positioning accuracy, and long service life. The feeding system features a typical structure of AC servo motor + elastic coupling + high-precision ball screw, ensuring high feeding accuracy. The dresser employs a pendulum arm double-point single-pass dressing method.
4. The main shaft of the grinding head features high-precision bearings and is subjected to constant-force heavy preload, ensuring high rotational accuracy and good precision retention. When the auxiliary grinding head motor is equipped with an AC variable-frequency inverter for stepless speed control, it allows for equal quantity grinding on workpiece end surfaces of unequal areas.
