This machine tool is a high-precision grinding machine, specifically a horizontal shaft CNC rotary table feeding double-end face grinder. It is mainly used for grinding bearing rings, cylindrical and conical roller bearings, as well as linear bearing rings, alloy cutting tools, CBN cutting tools, needle roller bearing rings, meat grinder blades, piston pins, hardware cutting tools, automotive and motorcycle accessories, and grinding processing of metal and non-metal cylindrical bars and other circular workpieces.
Machine tool structural features:
1. The bed frame, workbench, etc., are all cast iron, heat-treated for improved properties, and offer excellent overall seismic performance.
2. The machine tool structure features a horizontal layout, with the head feed and return guides using V-shaped rigid guide rails with embedded rubberized tape for hand fitting. It boasts high precision, excellent stability, and a long service life.
3. The machine tool features a turntable-type feeding method, with feeding disks customized for the workpieces, available in open and closed designs. The feeding disk rotation is equipped with a variable frequency stepless speed control. This machine can be optionally fitted with an automatic loading and unloading device, saving on labor costs.
4. The main spindle of the grinding head uses high-precision bearings with constant-force heavy preload, ensuring high rotational accuracy and good retention of precision. When the auxiliary grinding head motor is equipped with an AC variable frequency inverter for infinite speed adjustment, it can achieve equal amount of grinding on both ends of the workpiece with unequal surface areas.
5. Head feed and retract, feed ratePLCElectrical hydraulic system control, servo motor transmission.
6. The corrector employs a pendulum-type double-point one-time trimming mechanism, controlled by a linear cylinder or a reducer motor, offering good stability and high trimming accuracy. The pendulum double-point system is divided into coarse and fine trimming processes, performing an automatic trim in one operation.
