
This machine tool is a high-precision grinding machine, specifically a horizontal spindle disk-type double-end surface grinder. It is mainly used for grinding bearing bushes, cylindrical and conical roller bearings, as well as linear bearing bushes, alloy tools, CBN tools, needle bearing bushes, meat mincer blades, piston pins, hardware tool heads, automotive and motorcycle accessories, and grinding processing of metal and non-metal cylindrical bars and other ring-shaped workpieces.
Machine Tool Structural Features:
1. The bed frame and workbench are made of cast iron, treated for aging, and boast excellent overall seismic performance.
2. Machine tool structure features horizontal layout, with the grinding head's reciprocating guide rail utilizing an inverted V-shaped rigid guide rail with embedded rubberized tape, hand-matched for precision, good stability, and long service life.
3. The machine tools are equipped with a disk-type feeding method. The feeding disks are custom-made into two types: open and closed, and feature variable-speed, stepless rotation. This machine is optional with an automatic loading and unloading device, which saves labor costs.
4. The main shaft of the grinding head is equipped with high-precision bearings and is pre-tensioned with constant force heavy loading, ensuring high rotational accuracy and good retention of precision. With the auxiliary grinding head motor equipped with an AC inverter for variable speed control, it is possible to achieve equal quantity grinding on workpiece ends of unequal areas.
5. The feeding and retraction of the grinding head are controlled by an electrical-hydraulic system.
6. The corrector features a one-time trimming with a swing arm dual-point design, controlled by a linear cylinder, offering excellent stability and high correction accuracy. The swing arm dual-point system includes coarse and fine trimming processes, performed automatically in one operation.
