Corrosion Treatment

After rust removal, polishing, passivation, plastic coating, and vulcanization processes, the item is treated with electroplating. The color is apple green, with a plating thickness of 0.5 to 0.6mm. The electroplating powder is an imported weather-resistant resin powder with excellent anti-aging properties. The plating must be uniform in color, smooth on the surface, and free of drips, lumps, or excess buildup. There should be no defects such as missing plating or exposed iron on the surface of the plated item.
