Corrosion Treatment
After rust removal, sanding, passivation, plastic coating, vulcanization, and other processes, the item is treated with electroplating. The color is fruit green, with a plating thickness of 0.5 to 0.6mm. The electroplating powder is an imported weather-resistant resin powder with excellent anti-aging properties. The plating must be uniformly colored, smooth, and free from drips, lumps, or excess buildup. There should be no defects such as missed plating or exposed iron on the surface of the plated item.
