Product Overview
JDS SeriesMechanical Sand Mixing Wetting MachineComprised of four main parts: even feeding, cylinder conveying, mixing and rotating to add moisture, and a reducer, it is also equipped with a reducer and a water supply system. The entire unit is mounted on a base, with the cylinder supported by the base and a bracket. Through the reducer, the cylinder rotates during operation, ensuring even mixing of the sand powder. Sufficient space inside the cylinder completely eliminates clogging and jamming, reducing downtime for cleaning and improving work efficiency. Water supply is controlled by a valve assembly.

The sand production line is divided into two methods: dry and wet processing. Among them, dry processing for full-mechanical sand is the future development trend.
Now, almost all dry lines directly transport finished sand to the finished sand yard.
