Cast Iron Inspection Flat, Also Known As:
Cast Iron Inspection Plate, also known as: Inspection Platform, Precision Inspection Plate, Cast Iron Precision Inspection Plate, Cast Iron Inspection Platform, Inspection Plate.
Cast Iron Inspection Plate Accuracy:
Cast iron testing plates are executed according to the standard metrological verification regulations, with four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Cast Iron Inspection Plate Material:
Cast iron inspection plates are made of high-strength cast iron HT200-HT300, with working surface hardness: HB170-240.
Cast Iron Inspection Plate Surface Quality Inspection:
Color spot inspection required. Grade 0 and 1 plates must have at least 25 spots within a 25mm² area on each side, Grade 2 at least 20 spots, and Grade 3 at least 12 spots.
Standard specifications for cast iron inspection plates:
100mm x 200mm to 400mm x 400mm, accuracy levels 0, 1, and 2.
400mm x 600mm to 1500mm x 2500mm in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd accuracy grades.
③ 1,500mm x 3,000mm to 2,000mm x 3,000mm - Accuracy grades 2, 3, and precision planing.
④ 2000mm x 4000mm ---------- 3000mm x 10000mm/4000mm x 8000mm, accuracy grade 3 and planing.
200×200 - 2000×4000 (Special specifications to be made according to customer's drawings or agreed upon by both parties for production and processing)
Cast Iron Inspection Plate Usage:
Cast iron inspection plates are suitable for various inspection tasks, serving as reference planes for precise measurements; they are used to check the dimensional accuracy or form deviations of parts, and for tight marking. They are an indispensable basic tool in mechanical manufacturing. The working surface of cast iron inspection plates specifically for the coloring method requires scraping and finishing; for other purposes, the working surface of inspection plates (inspection platforms) needs to be scraped, ground, or polished. Cast iron inspection plates play a role as a reference positioning surface when detecting the flatness of workpieces or as auxiliary tools for inspection work, enabling various measurements.
