The three-coordinate platform primarily utilizes high-strength aluminum alloy. This is a new material that has seen rapid development in recent years. The advantages of aluminum materials include their lightweight nature, high strength, minimal deformation, excellent thermal conductivity, and the ability to be welded, making them suitable for many components on measurement machines. The use of high-strength aluminum alloys is the current main trend.

The working surface hardness is HB170-240, having undergone two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years), the product maintains stable accuracy and excellent wear resistance.

2. Clean after use, apply rust-proof oil without water and acidity, cover with moisture-proof paper, and store in a clean and dry place.

3. Before using the 3-axis platform, clean the rust-inhibiting oil from the work surface using non-corrosive gasoline, and wipe it clean with a degreased cotton swab.

4. Temperature fluctuations on the 3-axis platform can cause measurement errors; it should be used within a range of 20±5°C.

5. Use a level to adjust the three-axis platform to be level, ensuring the fulcrum is evenly distributed across all fulcrums.
