The UGM-L Pipe Grouting Agent is a specialized additive product developed under the guidance of experts from the General Research Institute of Building Materials Science in China, combining years of experience in the production and application of expansive agents with the technical characteristics of prestressed pipe grouting construction. This product is composed of a variety of functional chemical additives, micro-expansive agents, and mineral materials, mixed in a fixed ratio with ordinary cement. The mixed cement slurry, compared to ordinary cement slurry, boasts high fluidity, low bleeding rate, early strength, slight expansion, stable consistency, and full grouting, and can complete the grouting construction in one go. The slurry inside the tube (hole) is dense without any gaps, the prestressed steel does not corrode, and it firmly adheres to the concrete, forming an integral whole. It features simple and quick construction, particularly suitable for grouting in longer or winding tubes (holes). The product quality meets the relevant technical requirements of TB/T3192-2008 "Technical Conditions for Pipe Grouting of Prestressed Concrete Beams by Post-Tensioning Method in Railway Construction."

Application Range:
Railway, highway, tunnel, nuclear power, etc., large-scale engineering prestressed reinforced concrete pipes (7L) grouting, anchoring of structures such as bolts, anchors, and rail spikes, as well as connections, repairs of new and old concrete.
Usage Instructions and Precautions:
1. Recommended Product Blending Ratio: The suggested blending ratio for the product is 10% (blended internally) of the cement usage. Considering the certain compatibility between UGM-L and cement, admixtures, etc., a trial mixing in the laboratory is required when using UGM-L to determine a more suitable proportion.
2. Water-to-cement ratio: It is recommended to use a water-to-cement ratio of 0.32. This should be determined based on the cement chosen on-site and through testing. The water-to-cement ratio should not exceed 0.330.
3. Slurry Mixing: Weigh the various materials according to the specified ratio and add them to the mixer for a pre-mix of 30 seconds. Then, add approximately 80% of the water to the mixer, mix for 1 minute, and then add the remaining water. Continue mixing for an additional 3 to 5 minutes to ensure thorough and even blending.
4. Grouting: Before pouring, the slurry should be continuously stirred to maintain uniformity and good fluidity. The pressure of the pressure pump during pouring must be greater than 0.7 MPa. The prepared slurry should be used up within 45 minutes.
5. UGM-L is shelf-stable for up to six months when stored unopened, in a dry and well-ventilated environment.
