In 2021, a residential villa project of a major domestic real estate company, featuring a 5-story frame structure with beam foundations under the columns. After 4 years of completion, due to uneven settlement of the foundation, it experienced tilting deformation, with the maximum settlement reaching 247mm, severely affecting its usability. Correction was achieved through the use of a multi-point synchronous hydraulic lifting control system.
The project involved 5 technical personnel and 20 skilled technical workers, completed over a period of 3 months. It also utilized large-scale equipment such as intelligent lifting devices and 100 hydraulic jacks with a capacity of 100 tons. During the construction, Professor Song, a domestic underground engineering expert from Zhengzhou University, was specially invited to the site for guidance, and collaborative research was conducted on multiple technical research topics. These included studies on the impact of alignment correction on structural deformation, the settling effect of lifting alignment on adjacent columns, and the differences between overall lifting and regional lifting. After in-depth research, careful observation, and extensive literature review, we overcame numerous technical challenges. We have obtained multiple utility model patents and one invention patent for construction machinery.
After 3 months of arduous efforts, the entire building has been lifted by 187mm, and its tilt has been corrected from the original 12‰ to 3‰, fully complying with the requirements of the "Code for Design of Foundation of Buildings." This demonstrates our company's significant technical position in tilt correction and reinforcement among peers and has won business opportunities for our clients.
