Henan-based listed breeding enterprise, the 6# building C栋 pig shed management office building, a 6-story frame structure, towering 24 meters, with independent column foundations. The foundation soil is expansive clay, due to groundwater leakage, causing uneven settlement of the foundation, resulting in the overall tilt of the building. Therefore, anchor rod static pressure piles were used for lifting and correction treatment of the entire building.

The project commenced construction on April 30, 2021, lasting 38 days. The building was lifted a total of 185mm with a vertical deviation controlled within 3‰. Through around-the-clock efforts of both management and front-line workers, the project was completed smoothly, ensuring the timeline while also securing business opportunities for the owner.
