Please note the following when using the intelligent electric compact storage shelves:

1. Power compatibility: The intelligent high-density cabinet uses a total power supply of 220V±5% and 50HZ. The cabinet itself operates on a higher 36V and a lower 5V DC power. Ensure your power supply matches the one used by the intelligent high-density cabinet, and confirm that you are using a three-prong grounded power outlet with earth protection.

2. Ensure a stable internet connection, as the intelligent storage cabinets need to be connected to your office network. Make sure your network cable is connected to the fixed column of the intelligent storage cabinets.

3. Regularly inspect the infrared protection device to ensure the safety of the staff.

4. Regularly ensure your computer's antivirus protection to prevent damage to your database and control software.

5. If the intelligent compact storage unit emits unusual sounds, odors, or smoke, immediately disconnect the power for inspection and use it again after troubleshooting.
