Mobile shelving units can move individually or in multiple columns along the tracks. Each column is equipped with a handbrake locking mechanism (self-locking handle). When the self-locking handle is in the OFF position, the unit cannot be moved; in the ON position, it can be moved. Each column's side panel features a label holder. The bottom of the moving columns has anti-tip devices. Each combined box unit has a master lock installed on both the front and back columns for overall locking, ensuring confidentiality. Limiting devices are installed at the ends of the tracks.
Document Access
Tilt the handle clockwise or counterclockwise; the movable shelf will glide smoothly along the track. When the distance between adjacent shelves is at a certain position (with enough space to access documents), rotate the self-locking handles of both rows of shelves to the OFF position clockwise. At this point, further handle movement will prevent the shelves from moving. Then, access documents between the shelves (if the shelves cannot be locked when turning the self-locking handle, gently turn the handwheel until the self-locking handle can be pulled. Do not force it to lock to avoid breaking the handle or damaging the locking mechanism).
