Guizhou Hengzongda Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was established on April 22, 2014, with its factory located in the largest steel market in Guizhou (Guiyang Dryang Steel Market). To meet market demand, the company also operates a branch factory in Niuxin Mountain, Suifang County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. The company specializes in the processing and manufacturing of various steel components: embedded plates, shearing, punching, bending, rolling, anchor bolts, CNC plasma cutting, anchor bars, and internal/external threading; prefabrication and installation of steel structure workshops; manufacturing and installation of various guardrails (including drum-style rotating guardrails); production and installation of wastewater treatment systems; and contracting various steel structure projects.
1. Selected two batches of steel pipes with different diameters. The diameter of the steel pipes used for grouting reinforcement is slightly larger, typically 50mm; while the diameter of the steel pipes used for drainage reinforcement is slightly smaller, usually 40mm. The grouting reinforcement bars are made of seamless steel pipes, with a pair of 4mm diameter grouting holes evenly spaced along the axial direction, arranged in a plum blossom pattern.
2. The connection of two steel pipes is made using 10cm long threaded sleeves, with the joints welded to ensure strength and seal. The tail end of the steel pipes within 100cm has no slurry holes, while the head of the enlarged steel pipes features a larger diameter of slurry holes, typically 5-6mm. The head should be sharpened, and the welds should be dense for easy pipe routing. The drainage reinforcing ribs are also made of seamless steel pipes, with a pair of 3mm diameter drainage holes evenly spaced along the axial direction every 5cm, arranged in a plum blossom pattern. The connection method for the two steel pipes is the same as that for the grouting pipe, utilizing 10cm long threaded sleeves and焊接 joints to ensure strength and seal.
3. Steel flower pipeNo drainage holes within 100cm from the tail, while the drainage holes at the top of the steel flower pipes are slightly enlarged. Generally, a diameter of 4mm is suitable. The end caps should be sharpened, and the welds should be solid to facilitate pipe draining. A small piece of angle steel should be welded at each opening of the grouting steel flower pipes and drainage steel flower pipes, forming barbs and protective blocks in front of the holes, which is beneficial for grouting and drainage, and prevents loose soil from being pressed into the steel flower pipes.
