Manure Spreader Types
(1) By equipment unloading position: single-sided and double-sided;
(2) Equipment Installation Types: Left Mount and Right Mount
(3) Pushrod Mounting Types: Side pushrod and top pushrod;
(4) By power type: electric, pneumatic, and electro-hydraulic actuators
Rigid articulated structure and functionality
1) Electro-hydraulic Push Rod: Provides the power required for system operation. Compact structure, variable speed, and can automatically unload when the system encounters an abnormality.
2) Large Connecting Rod: A component that changes the direction of speed. This part converts the linear motion provided by the pushrod into circular motion around a fixed axis.
3) Plow Blade: The specific working component of the system. An essential part of the unloader, it performs lifting and lowering movements under the action of the rocker arm, achieving the unloading operation.
4) Small swing arm: traction mechanism. Synchronizes with the large swing arm for simultaneous rotation, to move the frame up and down.
5) Frame: Support structure. It moves up and down under the action of the small swingarm, responsible for supporting the plow in working condition and ensuring a smooth transition of the conveyor belt in non-working state.
6) Variable Groove Angle Roller Assembly: Belt Misalignment Prevention and Transition Device. Driven by a trolley, it achieves independent slot angles in front and rear of the unloader that align with the belt conveyor, preventing belt deviation.
