
1. High climatic conditions, although not significantly affecting the manhole covers, make it unbearable for the construction crew in the sweltering heat, which also hampers the installation process from achieving optimal results. Therefore, it is not recommended to proceed with the construction.
2. Construction is possible during winter in hot summers and cold winters, but it is not recommended in extremely cold areas. When the temperature is below 5°C, the mortar will dry too slowly, which can affect the bonding strength of the manhole cover.
3. When the temperature falls below -5 degrees Celsius, the mortar will freeze, and the adhesive powder will lose its effectiveness. After one freeze-thaw cycle, the panels will automatically delaminate, hence construction is strictly prohibited.
4. It is not recommended to carry out construction when the temperature is below 5°C. In the case of special reasons, an antifreeze agent can be added to the mortar.
