Silica bricks are acidic refractory materials with excellent resistance to acidic slag erosion, and their load softening temperature can reach up toStable in volume and non-deforming at temperatures ranging from 1640-1690°C, mainly used in the arch roofs and load-bearing sections of glass melting furnace domes, coke oven carbonizing and combustion chambers, steelmaking open hearth furnace heat storage and slag chambers, homogenizing furnaces, ceramic firing kilns, and other furnace structures. Also utilized in high-temperature load-bearing sections of hot blast furnaces and acidic open hearth furnace roofs.
