Zero-expansion silicon bricks are a pioneering high-tech product domestically produced. They feature low thermal expansion at high temperatures and exceptional thermal shock resistance. With a SiO2 content of ≥99%, the starting temperature for softening under load is >1650°C. They can be directly placed in an environment with temperatures above 1650°C without cracking, and they also possess excellent erosion resistance, making them a good refractory material for emergency repairs on kilns and furnaces without interruption. Their various testing properties can completely replace expensive similar imported products.
