1. As a plastic conduit, the PE wiring conduit is sometimes used for electrical wiring arrangement in homes, requiring a firm connection for the PE conduit.
2. When installing the PE conduit, it should be securely fastened to the ceiling and wall.
3. When inserting wires into PE plastic conduit, it should be connected to the junction box with a locknut. As the conduit for wiring, the number of wires that can be passed through is fixed and cannot be arbitrary. For instance, a 20mm diameter conduit can accommodate 4 power cables.
4. A 16mm diameter tube can accommodate 3 power cables. Inserting too many cables may affect the normal operation of the power circuit and is not conducive to the maintenance of the power cables.
The conduit surface is smooth with low fluid resistance, resistant to scaling, and not prone to microbial growth. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, making it less likely to contract and deform. Traditional installation and connection methods are used. The epoxy coated plastic layer can prevent corrosion from water transportation, burial, and acids, alkalis, and salts, extending the service life to multiple years.
